At Buttercross, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and trust. We promise transparency and integrity, and to provide clear and honest communication throughout your journey with us, ensuring you're kept fully informed every step of the way. When you book a place on a seminar with Buttercross, you become a part of that seminar and will be kept in the loop from that moment on.
Payment is required in full at least 14 days prior to the event date. If booking within 14 days of the event, then payment is due at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, due to the initial costs and financial commitments involved in preparing these events, we are unable to refund for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
If you're confident you have the necessary qualities, then you can empower yourself by fine-tuning and focussing your existing intelligence and by adding to your current portfolio of specifically trained cognitive skills.
Our seminars are held at Stapleford Park in Leicestershire.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.
Buttercross reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, attendees will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made.
For the benefit of other attendees, any disruptive or offensive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
